Lauren is amazing! She listens to what you need and magically knows exactly what to have you do. I have come into class stiff and achy but when I leave, I have a greater range of motion and feel energized. She'll even give you "yoga homework" if you'd like. Lauren is kind and caring, I highly recommend her classes.

Lauren explains the movements so well, describing each part of the body that is very easy to follow. I feel both successful and challenged. She takes the time to make sure you get the next steps, but she keeps it fun and relaxing. Since practicing yoga with Lauren over the past 2 years, I overall feel better and more emotionally grounded.
