I had aches and pains for years before starting classes with Lauren and I was intimidated by the idea of taking up yoga classes in my middle age, but eager to try something new. Lauren has created a safe and fun practice that meets me where I am, and with just two days a week of consistent effort, I felt amazing results! I am now pain-free, stronger, more flexible, and confident. It has vastly improved my life and I’m forever grateful!
